Do I need to take any steps before my visit for a skin care treatment?

Try to avoid any waxing in the facial region for at least a week before your appointment.

Please do not use any acids or exfoliants at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment (e.g., Tretioin, Retinol, AHA’s, BHA’s, etc.).

What is the policy for appointment cancellation or no-show?

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a previously scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made without adequate notice will result in a fee (50% of the booked service(s) price total) to cover costs and the loss of ability to service another client.

No-Call/No-Shows for appointments will result in a 100% charge of the originally service price.
